Dr. Ben has been helping people heal from chronic disease and autoimmune conditions for nearly a decade. He holds a BSE in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and worked for 10 years in the tech industry before coming down a with an autoimmune condition that doctors could neither diagnose nor treat.

Forced to figure things out on his own he began to massively self educate and massively self experiment. Eventually healed himself with diet and lifestyle and now uses those experiences as the basis for what he teaches.

He holds a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Los Angeles College of Chiropractic. He also completed a clinical preceptorship at the True North Health Clinic in Santa Rosa, CA which focused on healing chronic disease through healthy diet and supervised fasting.

He now lives and practices in Phoenix, AZ where he also enjoys hiking, fruit foraging, road trips, strength training and performing stand up comedy.
